Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls and digital engagement channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Consult with customers to identify their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals efficiently and process transactions using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
