Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Close deals and finalize contracts over the phone and email.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas (KPIs).
- Build and maintain a positive, professional rapport with a diverse client base.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service (night shift experience preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to earn uncapped income.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the El Paso office.
