Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Manage inventory and merchandising operations during overnight shifts
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for morning operations
- Implement loss prevention protocols and security procedures
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and bonus metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability for full-time night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
