Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, ensuring all client needs are met
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays
- Collaborate with night shift team to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in after-hours inventory counts and store preparation for next-day operations
- Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently during evening shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Must be 18+ years old due to late shift requirements
