Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Perform regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Assist with store security procedures and closing operations to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
