Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during night shift hours to maximize sales conversions
- Actively promote and upsell products to meet/exceed monthly sales targets
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and ensure store presentation standards are maintained overnight
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve store-wide KPIs and operational goals
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain sales expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for logistics)
