Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and sales upselling
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and manage cash handling
- Merchandise products, maintain store displays, and ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Participate in store operations, including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
- Build customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer bases
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
