- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock and organize merchandise to maintain visual standards
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Operate as the primary contact for late-night customer inquiries
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure store readiness for next day
- Uphold safety standards during low-traffic evening operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (including weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous night shift experience preferred
