Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily/monthly targets
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with night shift team to maintain store presentation standards

Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
