Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through product expertise and personalized recommendations
- Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and meet/exceed nightly sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Merchandise and maintain store appearance according to brand standards during night shifts
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure seamless store operations and security protocols
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Track sales performance and identify upsell opportunities in high-traffic evening periods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or commission-based roles
