Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during night hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and care.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
- Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all night-shift visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
