Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Merchandise the sales floor to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value and meet revenue goals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
