Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Understand product features and benefits to offer informed recommendations and close sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in strict accordance with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build rapport with local clientele to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with management to execute store merchandising plans and promotional events.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
