Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales and loyalty
- Meet/exceed daily sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Reliable transportation to work locations
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
