As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately, ensuring a high level of service.
- Provide product demonstrations and expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
