Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth through proactive client outreach and in-store demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to optimize sales strategies and inventory flow.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for local territory coverage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
