Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly and professionally to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales performance by effectively demonstrating products and closing transactions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.
- A proactive approach to sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
