Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and promotions to effectively educate customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with store organization, inventory management, and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate a POS system.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales goals.
