Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Track sales metrics and update CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
