Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Drive store revenue through active selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling products effectively.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and securely.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, ensuring products are organized, priced, and displayed according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, merchandise returns, and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
