Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Recommend products and accessories to meet customer needs, driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain the sales floor, stockrooms, and displays in a neat, organized, and visually appealing manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-up interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
