Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they enter.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products by providing expert recommendations and demonstrating features.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product inventory, and company policies to effectively advise customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or sales experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with using POS systems.
