Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing superior service and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Merchandise and display products to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technology.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and driving sales.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
