Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon entry, determine their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, inventory, and promotions to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling returns and exchanges.
- Merchandising Support: Help with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and preparing promotional displays to ensure optimal product visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required; we value attitude and aptitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as part of a full-time commitment.
