Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm welcome, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS) while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products, promotions, and company policies to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Team Collaboration: Support store management and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
