Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our premium solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Tucson market.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive "hunter" mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
