Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and upselling complementary products
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an engaging store environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and operational excellence
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture through open communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Strong product knowledge and passion for premium lifestyle brands
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional store-related errands
