Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets within the Fort Worth area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust network of local leads and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultative sales support.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to optimize sales territories and strategies.
- Track all sales activities and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed performance goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
