As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing solutions that drive our business forward. We are looking for individuals who possess a 'can-do' attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listening to their needs to provide personalized recommendations.
- Sales Performance: Drive revenue goals by educating customers on products/services and closing sales effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory and be able to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and peers to achieve team targets and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Feedback: Communicate customer feedback and market trends to the management team to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic demeanor and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
