Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products/services to maximize sales and achieve daily revenue targets.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all shoppers, resolving inquiries and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Merchandising & Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by ensuring products are stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handling cash and credit with precision.
- Inventory Control: Assist with nightly inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives to protect company assets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless store operations during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customer bases.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology, including POS systems, tablets, and basic computer applications.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or GED required; a friendly and positive attitude is a must.
