Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and guidance to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on problem resolution.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and seasonal merchandising.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to work is required.
