Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a robust network of new and existing clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions that drive value.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
