Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Update and track sales activities in the CRM system daily.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
