Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and demonstrating product features/benefits
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales development workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales reporting
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
