Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products to meet those needs.
- Customer Experience: provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized shopping experience that fosters brand loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: stay up-to-date with current trends, product features, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
- Visual Merchandising: maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with management and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Administrative Duties: process transactions accurately at the point of sale and manage inventory counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg) regularly.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude towards sales goals.
