Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting new arrivals, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to ensure products are displayed attractively and organized.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (for some warehouse duties).
