Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients.
- Perform product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to customers.
- Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve client inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
