Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer engagement and product knowledge
- Exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion/lifestyle products
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
