Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and determine their specific needs.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with a focus on resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
