Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through high-volume outbound prospecting and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Close sales deals and maintain a high conversion rate to meet monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with existing and new clients.
- Track sales activities and report progress to management using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with high drive will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone voice.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
