Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and demonstrating our premium products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art POS systems.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store organization to maintain a premium shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a professional demeanor.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue per transaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business demands.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business or marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
