Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with 100% accuracy and speed.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend products that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional follow-up service.
- Keep the sales floor organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while resolving any customer concerns.
- Track daily sales goals and adjust strategies to exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital transaction systems.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for store operations.
