Responsibilities

- Drive sales performance by consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with repeat customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a professional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide comprehensive training!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
