Responsibilities
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling, and personalized customer consultations
- Exceed daily sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory, merchandising displays, and store presentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid California driver's license (if local travel required)
