Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours to drive sales and loyalty
- Actively demonstrate products and close sales with persuasive communication techniques
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays overnight
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure seamless store operations
- Document sales activities and customer feedback in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
