Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to drive sales and build lasting relationships
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals
- Participate in product knowledge training to confidently represent our luxury brands
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail sales experience with luxury/premium brands
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with POS systems (experience with Retail Pro a plus)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates strongly preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
