Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive product sales and exceed targets
- Execute daily sales floor operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental KPIs and seasonal goals
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight unique features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
