Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and loyalty
- Meet/exceed daily/weekly sales targets through consultative selling
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal
- Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with team to achieve store performance goals
- Participate in ongoing product training and inventory management
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Strong math aptitude and cash handling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with retail POS systems
