Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Charlotte and Virginia regions.
- Present products and services to potential customers, demonstrating value and benefits.
- Identify and assess the needs of customers to recommend the best solutions.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies to increase market share.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
