Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets while maintaining premium brand standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide KPIs
- Participate in product training and seasonal launch events
- Maintain pristine store presentation and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for inventory runs)
